Golf Fundraiser Venue
Angus Glen Golf Club (located on west side of Kennedy Rd just north of Major Mackenzie in Markham. Angus Glen provides full shower facilities with lockers. The golf range and practice green will be open to any early guests. These amenities are provided at no cost to you and your guests.
Please have all guests register at Markham Majors registration desk .
Majors Golf Raffle tickets will be sold at Registration desk as well as before and after dinner (Prize is free foursome to Angus Glen value at $760.00) Tickets will sell for 3 for $10.00 / 10 for $20.00 (Draw will take place shortly after dinner)
Golf Event
Each guest will have their name on a shared golf cart based on foursomes provided on event info form. Doubles and singles will be matched into foursomes by event coordinator.
Golf will begin at 5:00pm with a shotgun start at all 18 holes.
Tournament Format
Each player will hit his or her own tee shot. Each player will play their own ball from the best shot of their foursome. Play as many holes as you can get it in. Tournament Results will be based on Low Gross Team Score. The number of holes (9) to be used in calculating the results will be determined by Scorecard Analysis. Prizes will be awarded to 1st place Team. Prize will be awarded for Men’s/Ladies Longest Drive (in the fairway) Prize will be awarded for Closest to the Pin
