Anyone heard of any GTA Courses Open Yet? I'm ready to splash mud on my pant legs.

How about a two hour drive or less away from the GTA?? I know Four Seasons and Seaton but I'm hoping for something else. My friends and I have called a few and gotten maybes for the weekend. Looks like if it rains all week the snow will be gone for sure.

as eager as I am to get out there and play, I imagine every course open right now is soggy and has at least 3 temp greens. Lots of plugged balls I imagine. I am willing to wait another 2 weeks or so.

Royal Ontario is $108, or $89 if you're a member of their email club (you can sign up via their website.

For those like myself unwilling to fork over that much this time of year, Granite Ridge in Milton is open this weekend @ $35, which is where I'll likely end up.

I heard Royal Woodbine is to open on April 13.!

Hunter's Glen - hopefully later this week
Parkview - in about 2 weeks
Tam O Shanter - to be announced

Snoopy, you may want to check and see what courses are still available for this weekends Spring Into Golf (www.springintogolf.ca) and save yourself $40 or more bucks. Just a thought for weekend 3 of the season. I will be playing Millrun come rain :nono: or shine :cool: this weekend for $4.

Royal Ontario is kind of pricey for spring golf ... and Camilse is best avoided at all costs. Period.
