Well its 5 am and I am almost out the door! Today the trip is to London where I will take on the rough at Forest City National once again. The tee time is 6:54 and the drive is about 1 hour and 20 min. Being up this early to play the worlds greatest game is not a problem for me, but I was wondering about the rest of you golf nuts.....

How early is too early for you? What is the earliest you have set off for a round? Well its now 5 after.... gotta go! :help:

My earliest is I have to wake up at 3:30 am to make a tee time at 6:30 am two hours away.

This year, I have been up at 5am on Saturday AND Sunday for a 6:30am tee time. I just head over myself, course isnt too crowded at that time so off I go.

I have been up at 4am before for a tournament though......thats just too early, and 5am is borderline for me.

I'm with bellyhungry. 3:30 to make a 6:30 2.5 hours away.

If it is the right round then NO time is too early.

Not a morning person. I love twilight. Although next year when I'm a member at a course, I may start getting up early on Saturday mornings. By early, I mean 8 am tee time.

Corchard/ BH, you guys are my hero.

I guess my rule is if you have to wake up before you go to bed, then it might, and I mean might, be too early.....

The earliest I've woken up is just after 2AM. We were in SC and had to drive a ways to get to the first course of the day. Yes I'm nuts.

There is no such thing as a bad time to play golf.

4:30 wake for a 6:15 tee time.

I'll be early for a 6:30 tee time, but late for 8:30 work meeting.
