I don't know if this has been talked about before.

I found the Footjoy Signboy series quite funny, especially the one with Adam Scott and another one with Fredrik Jacabson. You can see all here

http://www.footjoy.com/signboy/

Another older one is the MasterCard: the one about "putter, putter, putter ... when you don't need to putt, priceless".

The King Cobra ones with David Feherty (already discussed in another thread) is good.

The PGA one about the outfits of Jesper Parnevik and Duffy Waldorf is also good.

lol...love the new Foot Joy commercials...the one with VJ is great..."FJ, VJ, FJ, VJ..." There's also another one of VJ when he drills a hole in the ice and practises putting while ice fishing.

The Cobra Powertrip commercials are hilarious.......also the serious Nike commercial with the theme of going "Strong or Weak"

Also I don't know if any of you have seen the magazine ads from Golf Digest by Cleveland..."Trajectile Dysfunction" which mimics ads by Cialis or Viagara and applies it to their Drivers..

A couple years back, I liked the Nike commercial with Tiger, Frank the Tiger and Charles Barkley :D

There's another one advertising a beer or vodka...has Sergio suntanning with a hot babe...he throws a bead onto her stomach and it rolls down her navel to her bellybutton and stops...then she sucks in her stomach so the bead fall in...:hush: I think I'm remembering too much detail and I only saw it once!

....and the hot babe says "Not enough Club Sergio?" Very good commercial! I like the new King Cobra commercials, plus I have a King Cobra driver 427.

The PGA "These Guys Are Good" commercials are pretty good too. I like the one with Ernie and he's infront of a class of kids and writes a math equation out (4+3+5+3+2....). All the kids try to calculate and then a girl answers "3 under par". :D

That is by far my fav. That little girl is actually Ernie's daughter. Another one is the guys buidling the house. One of them step out and quiets the rest of the construction sight down. The player I think it's David Toms, takes a hammer lines up the nail and drives it home in one shot. The rest of the construction crew breaks out in applause.

In my ever so humble opinion... you fan the club open during the backswing and you don't lift the club at all during the backswing to keep the club more in front of you.
Both of these things make it difficult to return the club to square at impact.

Make a mirror out of PVC piping and plastic mirror so you can see your backswing while on the range.

Take the club back with what feels like a closed clubface (as though you're hooding it on the way back) You will actually be square (likely) but it will feel closed to you.
At half way back the toe should point to the sky and the grip should point to the target.
From there, simply turn you're shoulders.
you may also want to shorten the backswing for control.
Try to feel as though the club stays in front of your chest and doesn't get behind you.

Your swing is smooth and your change of direction isn't rushed which is good.

Good luck with it.

The Cobra Powertrip commercials are hilarious.......Yep I like this marketing campaign by Cobra with David Feherhty. He's hilarious!

Oh I loved this commercial too! Doesn't she say something like "Not enough club again Sergio?" I think there is another one where Sergio hits a drive off the fairway and into the pool with the same babe tanning on a floating chair. I forgot her comment there but the sexual connotations are what make it funny.

GRT, thanks for the tip! I'll be working on it this whole summer! I really didnt realize I was doing it until I saw the side by side shot with Tiger.

BTW, I took the link out. If some people are wondering how GRT saw my swing.

Its Ernie's daughter? Didn't know that. How cute. I think the contruction one was Jerry Kelly if I'm not mistaken. David Toms is the one where he's chipping shots into the satellite on his roof and the ball goes down the eavesdrops of his house and back down to him and he just keeps repeating.

I remember one, I think it was Brad Faxon, it was raining outside and he fired up his mower and mowed the carpet in his house to simulate a putting green.

His wife came in and had a terrific expression on her face.

I think last year or the year before, there was one from Bell Canada (if not then it is either PGA "these guys are good" or Taboo the golf course) showing episodes of Mike Weir the kid playing hockey and eventually winning the Masters. The concept is nothing new but still quite impressive.
