At the bellsouth classic we have ( David Hearn ) a Canadian from Brantford Ontario playing well at -2 with only a couple of leaders at -3. David played here on the great lakes tour the last two seasons and also played the nationwide tour last year where he won an event. David then went to Q-school and got his PGA Tour card. He has played on at least 3 tours all in one season and noe is enjoying the BIG SHOW. (ie. PGA Tour)

Great to hear this good news. Would be nice to him do really well by the end of the tournament on monday. Seems like being Canadian has to be a plus in those conditions. An 8C day with 50mph winds are what I'm dreaming of right now.:D

I can't believe he went from the Great Lakes Tour to the Big show. That's crazy!

And he did it in one season. He should have won q-school. After 5 rounds he was leading by like 6 shots with 18 to play. He actually blew the last round to not win. As a side note, my club fitter reshafted David's clubs after Taylor Made sponsored him. Can you believe TM gave him a set with the wrong shafts?

You would think if you're going to sponsor a player the least you can do is get his clubs right. :nono:
If you sponsor a PGA TOUR player and you get HIS clubs wrong........ you might be a redneck. :D
