Wow we've reached 500 members already! I think we should celebrate this milestone with a TGN Meet & Greet gathering. How about a Masters Party at a local sports bar?
Who is free to watch some Masters action with me next Sunday?
Please reply to this thread ASAP if you're interested and I'll set up a time and place. ;)

I'll be watching my kids after I play golf that day. My wife's a nurse and she works every second weekend. I could have gone today but not next week. Too bad, I wanted to go. For those who can make it... have fun and try not to be too disappointed if you're player doesn't come through.
I sure hope this snow is gone tomorrow. We got dumped on last night and left us with 6" of wet heavy snow.

lots of snow in the GTA also.Head east young man. We received zero snow here in Belleville. Rain, but no snow. I was watching the news and could not believe the whiye stuff I saw up on the ground up there in the city.

I would like to go, why don't those who'd like to go post their approximate location, and we'll pick a meeting place that's somewhat close to everyone?
I'm in central Toronto.

Good idea bogeynuts. I was thinking of making it in North York. Yonge and Finch or Sheppard? Is that central enough? I'll leave the option open and feel free to make suggestions.

I'm not sure if I can make it, but would like to. I think something on the Yonge or Bloor subway lines makes sense. I live near Dufferin and Bloor...
Too bad, I would have loved to go, but I'll be in NJ.

Just wondered if the people that answered Yes or Maybe have a preference on type of Pub? I'd prefer North York near the Yonge subway line to accomodate the TTC folk. There are lots of sports bars there.
Can you please let me know if you're coming from downtown or West-end (Mississauga) or Richmond Hill etc? Please reply by 3pm tomorrow so I may book a place.

i "should" be there......my last chance of any social activies before the exams...
no preference on the type of Pub...as long as they show the Masters....hopefully on a large screen...Yonge subway line is fine...and coming from downtown
