I feel bad for him. But thinking that some 'driver' is going to pack your golf bag for you is pretty lame. If it were me I would double and triple check before leaving. It's the Masters after all!

What a loser !! Unbelievable, what a dummy!!! Sadly, I guess I fall into the "loser/dummy" category as well as I once forgot my golf shoes before playing in the provincial amateur championship (Quebec) at Summerlea GC.
It is amazing how well one can play in bare feet and how comfortable it is walking on a well manicured fairways. It's just like getting a foot massage.:)
You guys want to play $50/$100/$50? I'll go barefoot.

I would not take it personally, but come on, the guy is going to play in a major golf tournament, I think his golf clubs would be the first thing to get packed.

You guys have never forgotten anything after you have left on a trip?
Seems a little harsh to be calling him a looser or a dummy. :nono:
For those who are married with kids can understand a mistake was made. Besides, an honest mistake will make him a few hundred thousand in commercials in the next little while.;)

Maybe he thought the clubs were in the same bag as his pink pants and bright yellow top! :D

I guess Tiger swung by Jesper place on Sunday and picked them up for him. Jesper got them back yesterday. Tiger owes Jesper a few favours it seems. Here's link (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/golf/specials/masters/2005/04/04/bc.glf.masters.notebook.ap/)

No big deal to make a mistake, as long as he can recover just in time.

Only a few favours? I would say a lifetime of favours considering it was Jesper who introduced Elin Nordegrin to Tiger. Elin was a nanny for Jesper's kids before she became Mrs. Woods. I would be ironing Jesper's pants and shirts if he did that for me!! :hush:
