Vijay Singh is the obvious choice for this years award, but take away VJ and whom would you choose to win this years award? This is based on wins, money earnings and top 10 finishes. There's Mickelson and his Masters victory and top 5 finishes in the other 3 majors. There's Els and his strong year, finishing top 10 in all 4 majors and winning 3 tournaments. Of course Tiger is always in the picture with his 2nd in money earnings despite not winning 1 stroke play event this year. Adam Scott, who's becoming one of the rising stars of the tour, ranked 10th in the world and top 10 in money earnings.
