I need some feedback in deciding between purchasing either the MP 32 or MP 60's.

I shoot in the mid-low 80s. I could be better if my short game were better. I have always liked the look and feel of a blade. This year I have played a cavity back RAM FX5. To be honest it has improvemed my game considerably. My distance has increased significantly.

I want to upgrade the quality of my clubs to a Mizuno. I have tried to hit the irons at the store into the screen. I do not have much feedback other than the computer simulation. As for feel they feel very similar. From my research on the clubs I felt I hit the 32's better than the more "forgiving" 60's.

The sales staff said for double digit handicaps to avoid blades and go to stay with a cavity.

Can anyone give me their thoughts on these clubs and the best way to evaluate what one to buy? or should I stick with the RAM's and save the money on a decent Driver or Hybrid or Wedge. Or consider a Titleist blade or Taylor Made blade which I can hit pure and straight but it does lack the softness of cavity back.

From my research both MP 32s and MP 60s sound amazing and have satisfied players.

Hi Johnson

What is your handicap? MP-32's are shorter heel-2-toe. If you are a low capper then get a set of MP-30's off eBay and save yourself a ton of cash.

Better yet get custom fitted for high end forged components and never look back. Take a look at http://www.kzgolf.com/Irons_Forged.aspx

Having gone through some of the same stuff as you, including a venture with the 32's, why not consider the cavity back zuno's. Still get a forged product, forgiveness, but with a more player look than alot of irons.
I used to own mx20's and should have never sold them.
SOmething like the mx25's would do for you, and are rated really high (or mx23).

Having played the 32's, I've got nothing but good things to say about them. Personally don't like the appearance of the 60's as much, but a friend of mine has bought two sets of them (one for each club he's a member at) and he absolutely loves them. I didn't think that there was much difference in the playability of them, but I've only swung the 60's about 20 times so it's not a very reliable opinion.

One thing that's for sure, the 32's are extremely forgiving for blades. My Taylor RAC mbs are nowhere near as forgiving.

I would also like to recommend the mx-25s. Julianne just bought these the other week from GT (huge thanks to Westbeach for taking 3 hours to help her decide amongst a very large selection of clubs - your help really made the experience great). They are very nice clubs and I don't think you can go wrong with Mizzies. I'm sure I'll have another set of Mizunos before long (oh, and the resale value of Mizzies has to be industry leading, IMO)
- they really are that good.

"Chicks dig me, because I rarely wear underwear and when I do it's usually something unusual"

1) Where is that quote from? Anchorman?

2) Can you make a distinction between a MP 32 vs 60 from hitting off a mat (sundin) or should you try it on grass first?

3)Any negative feedback on the 60's I had a guy at GT say people report they lose distance with the 60s compared to other clubs.

4) If my present irons are okay but not high end. Should I stick with them and put money into where the strokes are such as short game gear. Invest in a wedge or 2 and a decent putter?

Bill Murray in Stripes.

Love the 60's, never hit the 32's.
