New Nike square headed driver

KJ Choi is using one of these new drivers at the Chrysler Championship. It must be working for him as he is in the lead after the third round. Even in his bag with the headcover on this thing looks massive. Actually one of the announcers made a comment about the driver being amost as big as KJ's head.
Accuform and Whistler golf came out with square heads a long time ago but with the type of money Nike and Callaway can throw out as advertisment, these will probably take-off especially if they can get more pro's playing them

I have actually hit this driver. It is longer than the sasquatch I am presently using. If the design doesn't throw you off you may be suprised how good this is!!

I'd be interested in hearing more about what you thought of it...

I've heard things like, its really loud, it looks cheap but it is real straight.

The physics behind the design makes sense but it just looks UGLY.. but I'll give it try, what da heck.

A good friend of mine works for Nike. He lent me a demo for a couple of days. I played and practiced with it. Agreed the sound and shape are a little different but the results were excellent. It's definitely not for the traditionalist but if you can get over the shape and sound you might be presently suprised. Three nike tour players are suppose to be playing the new driver this week at the Tour Championship.

Jeez ... I hope they offer that 16º loft 'Sweet Sixteen' model in the SUMO driver .... to match my 69 mph clubhead speed swing :$...... !!!!
