I'm having problems with wedges.

I would like to ask the TGN nation if they feel lot of their lower body involved in the wedge shot or it more the upper body involved?

I feel when I keep the lower body quiet I hit a solid shot. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks

ThanksFigo,
If you want to really get a better wedge game get Dave Pelz's Short Game Bible. Dave promotes "less" lower body movement on the back swing, but driving the lower body on the down swing.
I know some people think Dave's books have to much theory in them. But I have always said knowing how it works makes doing it a lot easier. Every golfer has the ability to hit great golf shots with the knwoledge of how to do it.

the less the lower body moves the better the shot because you dont need power but direction

Its all in the uppper body - you will use your arms a lot more - keep your lower body quiet and dont torque your mid as much . Just my experience with playing around with it.
