So much for them keeping the north course (http://www.golfdeercreek.com/dcn/html/tournaments.html) reserved for strictly pay as you play.
I've heard their ads on the radio this past week now advertising for tournament bookings on the north course.
That was the nice thing about the facility, the south (easier and more tournament friendly) course kept the corporate drunks off the north course and left it open for more public play.

So much for that good deal. It may well be time to finally look into joining a private club in time for next year.

What's with the hate on for corporate drunks? Hey someone has to pay7 for that beautiful new clubhouse?

I've got nothing against coroporate drunks.. except for when they interfere with my chances of getting a tee time on a decent track.

The thing is, Deer Creek already had an 18 hole course that they have used for years now to host corporate tournaments on, the south. It worked well... members and pay as you play players weren't affected because the north was open to them.
Members are being screwed over because of this new deal..
