I hope that listing my credentials here is not in violation of the TGN policy. I am here to help as an adviser when possible, as I do enjoy these forums.
I do not want to step on anyones toes, so if I am out of line here please accept my appologies and remove this. I will get the drift of this community soon. I have lived in this community for near 50 years and just enjoy a site that is local - not saying that anyone here is local??

If listing your credentials is bordering on advertising, then you obviously are oblivious to the rules designated on this forum.

Read them, and be your own judge. ;)

Hi Scott

The title of this thread says it ALL, and so does Dan's Signature line ... on a positive note,
at least he didn't post his email, shop address, and phone no. [LMAO]!

Did ALL of the MODS take the balance of 2006 off to celebrate the New Year?

I have nearly '1,500 posts' and I have to watch my a** so I don't violate any of the rules.
This thread will be 'locked' down soon ...

With all these credentials you should be able to afford the very small fee that this forum charges to allow you to solicit business.

I have a URL but cannot post it

Maybe you'd care to tell us what that is intended for then? Why even bother putting it there?

Welcome to the forum Dan. There are several clubmakers who are sponsors on this forum and they pay a fee for that priviledge. Your expertise is welcome but you should be careful about how you post (as an individual with an opinion or as a business...)

I have to admit I did not read the rules completely, and to the sponsors I do understand.
Hopefully the changes I have made will satisfy all.
To the moderators, thanks for your time to guide a newbie who does want to contribute. Please contact me in private for any concerns as I do want to be a part of the fit.
I will down the road consider a small sponsorship, but it's too early in the season at Jan. 1 2007 (it is only 10 degrees outside - wait a minute - why am I not golfing).
Thanks

A sponsorship is a small price to pay, in order to be able to spread your knowledge across this board with hopes of generating some business for yourself as well.

I've visited your website and read...you've been around the block and your knowledge can certainly be used here, and would be welcomed. :)

I posted more than I should:hush: , and now I can't edit that post.
So
I've been a player for probably 35 years and just decided to add some Wishon product to my bag. I've been very exited about Tom's line of clubs and can't wait for the spring time to try them.
I'm out 45 east of the city and play places like Black Diamond, Newcastle etc. I like a variety of courses and use the 2 for 1 books often (Durham Golf & Lifestyles is a $25 charity book that I prefere).
Love fine tuning my clubs working toward that deadly accurate set.
After 35 years I hope it comes soon. Actually I got an ace at #2 Newcastle 2 years back with my father and son with me. I guess its coming together after all.
Now thats fun
