"Is there a cheaper recommended business or person locally to toronto to adjust lie angles?"
Just picked up a very cheap back up set and not crazy of $50 or more to bump the 8 irons up 2 degrees since that would be half of what I paid
Any thoughts? Thx:confused:

Sharkhark you paid too much for the irons. You should of bought them for $50 instead of $100
then you would have $50 left over to do the required alterations. :help: :shhh:

Most places are probably $5 / club.
I would imagine it's also not just a 2 degree up.
The tech. also need to check before and after specifications to be sure the final move is right relative to the starting point.
It takes time to do a quality job

Just had my irons bent 1* flat and my 54* spinmilled bent to 52*. It was five dollars a club at golftown. The irons are excellent but for some reason I think my wedge is history. It looks weird and I could'nt hit it yesterday very well at all.:( Wish they made a spinmilled 52.

all Ian Hale @ 416-949-4359. He charges $4 a club I think. He is very professional and thorough. He is in the east end (Don Mills).

Each club should be hit and tested separately, and then adjusted individually. The chances of one lie adjustments that will work for all clubs is rare

my response would be to make sure you get them done properly not just cheaply!
yes properly and cheaply is better but cheaply and messed up is disaster!
the guys on here will look after you though!

I hadn't checked in a few days and was suprised to see so many feedbacks. Thanks as always guys.
I have looked into it now and realized the time and cost involved to adjusting, in addition that almost everyone charges $5 or so.
I just received a golftown gift certificate so I will likely get it done there.
I also have always wondered why in past any lie adjustments at dimarco, golftown, dynamic etc they measured my 7 iron then adjusted entire set based on that. The helpful question & answer in this thread that not necessarily all should be adjusted makes more sense to me, even though in past all places did it across the board.
Longer clubs get flatter so why should every single club 3-wedge be the same? or am I wrong?
Re: my initial comment on price. It was lack of knowledge on price, plus fact that It was just a cheap back up set, and I usually can hit reg lies but this brand seems unusally flatter. May need more than my typical 2 deg up.
Thanks to all, great family this forum is.
