that want to run Windows (as well as Linux, Solaris and NetWare) in a virtual environment, such as Parallels provides, VMWare has released their version in a beta format. I've been running Parallels and been quite happy with it, except for a couple of small problems (ie: usb compatibility, direct cd/dvd burning from within virtual machine, etc).
This said, I run VMWare in our production servers at the office and am a firm proponent of it.
So, if you're interested in trying Fusion out, it's here:

You have to register for the key, but I think that's a small trade off.
forgot to mention, this is only for the Intel Macs.

Thanks Al,
will check this out, since we got out Macbook, everybody was telling me to run "Parallels". Think I will have to give this ago.

No problem Ryan. Parallels works fine and worth the money that they are charging, however with VMWare's product in beta and no charge, it's worth trying.
VMWare also has a free version of what was their GSX version for servers, which I run at the office along with their full blown ESX (this they charge for).
Virtualization really is the way to go. Disaster recovery has never been so simple.

Just dumb yourself down and you'll be fine. Scott on the other hand may have difficulty understanding this :p

I don't understand dumb, I only understand simplicity in it's truest form. :D

simplicity != efficiency
i've reverted to being a shell user on osx mostly, and even making that look more like my solaris env's wasnt easy.
