Just wondering if all those that took advantage of the free golf on Sunday or Monday are gonna be playing in a parka or their long johns? - Looked at the Weather Network and its going to be rain & 10 on Sunday and rain & 7 on Monday but I'm not going to miss a FREE ROUND OF GOLF. Packing my touque, long johns, sweater, rain suit & a flask of Rye!!!!!!! oh! - and maybe some Tylenol Cold & Flu!!:$

I really hope the weather is nice for Sunday..playing Cardinal as well (1:27 tee time).
Can you still play on courses even if it rains?....i'm pretty sure you can, as long as there isn't thunder/lightning.

Playing at Maple of Balantrae - Got 11 AM tee times - and my group will be playing rain, snow, hail, sleet - you name it - got the gear to keep us warm.
They may not let any carts out if it gets too wet!!!
Anyone have portable heaters or a really long extension cord??

Ah man, I've been in New York and New Jersey for the past few weeks and didn't realize it's still so cold in Toronto! I even sent an email asking friends if they want to play this sunday morning when I'm back for a visit.
Don't want to play in the rain...:(

I've got back to back foursomes booked for tomorrow regardless of the weather. We're especially crazy golf nuts in my regular crew. I've been waiting all winter to start haming it up with the lads and grillin some cow on the BBQ afterwards.
Seems to me the elements are far easier to bear with the your lads at your side than alone.
For all y'all braving the crap weather.... good on ya mates.

That sucks. Mill Run was nice, and empty. It was cold, and a little wet but enjoyable, I think I got wind burn.

No golf today anything west of Ancaster. We had the pleasure of 3" of snow last night. Yes guys... I said the "S" word. And I said another "S" word this morning when I woke and peered out the window.
Made the trek to GT in Oakville to soothe our sorrow only to discover we should have brought our sticks and played in Oakville. RATS!

I hate to tell ya, but the rain stopped down here by 10:00 a.m. this morning. Needless to say by 11:30 a.m. I'm following my tee shot off the first deck down the fairway. 18 and home by 2:45 p.m. Life is good over this way in golf's country.
