I'm not a Wie admirer, but this article puts a softer touch on her persona and asperations. It hints she is "growing up" in her attitude and other aspects. I don't like that she is imposed on my enjoyment of golf as I want it presented to me, ie. without all the hoopla and coverage of her versus the tournament and the other players who earn their rights to play.
I thoroughly enjoy women's golf and if there was a women's tournament opposite a run-of the-mill men's tournament, I would watch the women's. I have favourite women players, again who have earned that respect. One of these days she may become one of my favourites.
So who cares, I guess, no one including Wie and the men golfers I don't like at the moment too.
