As for beating Sorenstam, well after all age is on her side for No. 1. At her peak and if she was fully committed, Sorenstam is/was/will be the best. Sorenstam does not play as many tournaments and unless she recommits herself at her age, she will still be a tough target, but is vulnerable to losing No. 1. Big difference, when you are in your mid 20's versus mid 30's(?)
