Which wood

My wife has a 15* driver and a 17* 4 wood. I want to get her another wood to fill the gap. My choices are the 5 wood at 19* or the 7 wood at 21*. Need some advice in which would be the best choice. or would both be beneficial?

I'd go up to the 21 degree, as 4 degree separation would suit better.
