I notice that a number of guys post the type of ball they play in their signatures.
While I definately have my preferences, would it be considered bad form if in my signature the ball I play is "whatever ever I find"? LOL
Marshall's law (kind of a man law) - "You can tell the quality of a marshall by the quality of the golf ball he finds."

You wouldn't be the ONLY one, or the FIRST...look around!;)
plus, gotta remember the Club Ho's/Snobs have to "keep up appearances!"
...I'll bet when they FIND Pro-V's/Nike 1's/HX Tours/B330's, they put 'em in THEIR bags, despite what the "CLAIM" to play!!!

I use the "found golf balls" if my round starts to tank. "Two balls out of bounds off the tee...hmmm...something's wrong here....it's time for the crap balls".:D

Nothing wrong with that at all. If I loose too many balls that I paid for, I dont think twice of busting out the ball retriever and hitting the pond. When I first started to get into golf I didnt even buy balls at all for the first 2 years. I would go to the range and take some when I was done or Id pay to go onto the course, look around in the woods for balls and then start my round
I even was approached by a course marshall once in Bobcaygeonto get booted off but he let me go when he found out that I was in college and was obviously pressed for cash. He even drove me in his cart to a "hotspot" for lost golfballs.
