How do you register online for GAO tournaments?

I am clearly doing something wrong as I am unable to register for any tournaments.

I am a member of a club and have a GAO ID number.

As for a password, I registered for a password, but I gather that this may have only been for the handicap section of the website.

It looks like you need a separate password for the tournament section, but I can't figure it out. I keep getting booted into a section that is for members of public courses so that they can join the GAO; however, my understanding is that everyone who is a member of a private club is a member (as verified by having a GAO ID number).

While I will call them on Monday if necessary, can anyone help me out today?

If I remember correctly, it's a separate ID / password that is part of the Blue Golf network. So, you probably need to selet the option of not knowing your ID / password.

There was a software glitch of some sort as this wasn't working.
The GAO has corrected it.
