Has anyone noticed the slopes at Golf Etc.? The mats aren't flat. How can they take money from people, attempt to teach them, on mats that look like they've been run over by a streetcar? Students are paying instructors to straighten out ball flight while their feet are five inches above the ball!!!:(
Gee...I wonder why I'm hitting everything left to right today?
If you're paying for lessons, make sure the hitting area is FLAT.

It's a cow pasture at best. Unfortunately it is the only place within 45 min. of my house that has grass (well okay the odd tuft here and there) hitting areas. For me it's either mats (which really hampers any quality parctice time) the dirt at Golf Etc. or driving 45 min outside of Toronto.
It really is a shame how unkempt that range is. The owner really doesn't care, he also owns a golf course up by Peterborough somewhere.

Couldn't remember the exact name. Have you or any else played it? Judging by Golf Etc, I don't have much hope, or maybe he spends all his time and energy keeping Wolf Run in shape?

Bogey it's actually a very good track. Haven't played it for a few years because it's too far away. The price is good and they have some great holes. Would be a regular stop if it was closer to the city.

Jaydog: Yeah, I've played there, it sucks. But they are packed...not enough driving ranges around...try Markham Dome Woodbine & 407, they have outdoor range too.
