Welcome to the board. Don't mind the comments from the people with legs like O.B. markers. :rofl: They really are a good bunch.
To re-size your bitmap pic., open up your file and click on image in the tool bar. Go to stretch/skew and reduce your horizontal and vertical to until it meets the file size requirement. Or steal the re-sized image Racmbs did for ya. :D
