I'm looking for a place that has different drivers(from more than one manufacturer) with higher end shaft options to try? I've been to Callaway's Perfomance centre, as well as Ping's, but am always left wanting to try all the different manufacturers in one fitting.
I know some GT have launch monitors, but they only seem to offer stock shaft options (which with my ss doesn't fit).
Does anybody know if such a place exists.

Did Callaway have the opti-cart set up when you were there?
That seems like it would be the ideal place to sort out which shafts and bend profiles work best for you, once they get the FT-5 heads on the cart.

Callaway did have different shfat options, but still very limited shaft options. Most of the shaft options they had were for the weaker/slower ss player. I am a pretty high spin player and most of the shaft options they had were to help people get more spin.
When i did get fitted they put me into a FT-3 Tour 8.5* with a NV65S, and even with this setup the spin was still a little high.

I run into issues trying to get fit as well. My gamer is 11.5* with a x flex shaft. When I visited they didn't have the opti-fit system out and the closest thing had was a 9* with a 652 stiff. Needless to say it wasn't optimal - but yet they were able to recommend a 9* with a NV65 stiff.... go figure
With the opti-fit they're able to switch out the shafts so theortically you can peice together a club that should come close to fitting. Although I'm sure all the higher lofted heads all have a draw bias / closed face etc.. which makes it harder to sort it out.
Good luck in your search. Maybe Hotstixs will come to TO???

The Academy at Glen Abbey has the following:
Ping G5 drivers, different lofts and shaft options (more towards high swing speeds). Soon to get the Rapture series.
Callaway Opti-fit with MANY high end shafts in stiff and x-flex. Ft-5 heads arriving shortly.
Taylor Made R5 and R7 fit clubs with many different shaft options as well as different weights for the heads.

Thanks Nick,
Do you know how much Glen Abbey charges for fittings? Do they have a LM there?

You can try the sponsored fitter here .. Swank Golf (jeff swain) he has the nakashima fitting system. He has a wide range of shafts available to try from R flex to X flex with very different characteristics.
I personally had a aldila 70x-h which was totally wrong for my swing then i was fitted into a speeder 757x but out of my price range so i went with a NV85X which fit the budget and the swing !!.
Jeff also has a selection of component heads that you may wanna try like my fav the Infiniti propulsion 460 that is a hot head.

Our fittings are done at the hourly rate for a lesson: $85. If you purchase the driver that fits you, the fit is at no charge.
I use the vector launch monitor but our main senior club-fitter here uses the Taylor Made MATT System.
