beats golftown

Not sure by what you mean by this... Last I checked, Golf Town had 5 lessons for $275. These lessons are 45 minutes long with great video analysis. I had great success with Michael Crane at the Heartland Golf Town in Mississauga.

Doug Lawrie is the head pro there and I worked with him when he was an assistant at Trafalgar. Doug was a good teacher and gave solid drills to help the students. Not sure if Doug would be involved with clinics, usually it is run by the assistants. Personally I would prefer to take lessons at a golf course where the staff knows me as opposed to GT, where you are more a nameless face, although GT instructors usually are CPGA certified.

A golf teacher is like a doctor and mechanic, you usually get better results when you know who you are dealing with, and I would say if you are a regular at Braeben then stick with them. My opinion only!

I have also watched Doug Lawrie teach for a number of years at different locations. He is a fine teacher who communicates his ideas well.

Someone,I can personally vouch for is DavidSavage.

He is very proficient and excellent to work with.
