1) It would be nice to see your ball flight.
2) Perhaps it was just the video, but it seemed as though the swing was a little rushed. If so, slow down just a little so encourage a full turn going back and a solid start on the downswing.
3) It also appears that you come out of the swing early. Just as you make contact, your upper body starts to raise up. Maintaining a consistent spine angle through impact will help eliminate inconsistencies in ball flight and promote solid contact.
4) You're hitting the ball from the wrong side... haha

I agree with GQ's comments about tempo. I also got the sense that you were conscious of the camera and perhaps not as loose as you would be normally.
It's a little hard to tell, but do you "fold up" a bit at the top; i.e., bend the right arm to get a longer backswing? Anyway, when you get to the ball it appears your arms are still slightly folded at the elbow. That'll rob you of power.

Xander,
If you can start your swing more with your lower body, something to the effect of striding into a pitch in baseball or taking a slapshot n hockey. If you have played either of those sports.
You need to uncoil starting from your legs, my personal feeling is to start the down swing by unloading off the ball of my right foot(your left) and allowing my core to unload, which in turn will start the hands in the proper sequence.
Currently it appears that you are 90% upper body in your current swing, by includig the lower body, you will gain not only accuracy, but added distance as well.
This again is my thoughts, and others will have a different view.

yeah sorry the film quality is poor but it was filmed on a mobile phone by my daughter in poor light....lol (was her spur of the moment idea).
valid comments guys thanks - i also believe my swing is almost entirely upper body and thats what i need to work on!
or as someone said........legs mon.......lol
i feel if i can involve my legs correctly in my swing i will gain accuracy!
( not overley concerned about distance as i hit it plenty far but if more comes along i'll take it :) ).
also i do feel my arms collapses a little on impact but this only happens with my driver so was wondering if my set up is a little out  or is that still the legs?
