just got off the course...not to bad at all. It was a bit rough in the morning, but once the sun came out, the back nine was good to go. Only two inches of pants got wet.
I'd say it was worth 32 bucks.

Wanted to be home for Father's Day, so I played the course which is 15 mins away. Those boys are really trying hard to maintain their customers in the general area by improving their greens with different undulations and good rolling surfaces. Fairways are in good shape. Lots of watering is evident.
For 5480 yds (tips - blue) - it offers a great tune up for your mid to short irons. The lack of rainfall has dropped the water levels of their man-made ponds. Back nine greens tend to roll without break, while the front nine greens will make you think twice about playing too safe.

I played it last year and thought it was horrendous. They didn't do a good job of keeping the flow from the original nine. It seemed to be a haphazard re-design. I didn't enjoy it and i didn't enjoy the back nine. Another thing that pissed me off is that you can't use your score there for handicapping purposes. There is no slope or rating in place (last year when i played).

I played there today, and shot one of my better scores of the year... but still left me walking away dissappointed. They had sprinklers going in the middle of the 14th fairway (which was flooded). The rest of the fairways were in terrible condition. The greens played like ***. And didn't enjoy the layout much. And as somebody also said previously, no slope ratings at all.
The only pleasent experience was the starter. Real nice guy.
