So I'm a little late getting to this post, but man I was drained from a great day of golf. Here's what went down.

I met up with Rocknronny at the airport, for those who don't know Ronny arrived on the West Coast yesterday morning. I greeted him at the airport. So it was off from there, the drive to Chilliwack went well, no major trafic issues to note. Ronny saw some places he remembered along the way ;)

Anyway we were off to The Falls to play a round, Ronny and I enjoyed some exciting golf at a great rate through last minute golfer. Let me tell you what a breathtaking course. The view on each hole was amazing, Ronny can atest to my impression playing this course for the first time. The course was in imaculate condition, and the greens were fast and true.

To say the greens were fast may be a bit of an understatement, some were downright scarry fast, watch the pin placement and don't get too crazy. This is definately a challenging track. We had a few runins with real slopes and true breaks, good and bad.

Alltogether a great course, challenging, scenic, and well maintained. I lok forward to Ronnys experience, we did have a hell of a good time, most would settle for just the course itself, but getting a chance to meet and play around with another TGN'er is always a great fun, and you wont meet a better guy than Ron.

I am pumped about our round tomorow (friday), it's gonna be an all out war on the course ;)

First one, places Ronny remembered. Did you drive by the BC Prison  . Second, who kicked who's behind. And last, but not not least, who's predicted to take the beating Friday. :D

I would have to agree with you Seb,them greens were fast and you cant beat the veiws. The Falls have come a long way since I played there 3 years ago and the greens are some of the fastest greens i've ever played. Its funny as i'm standing over my ball lining up my putt, all I can think is dont hit it off the green again. Ah sh** looks like i'm chipping again. Oh well today we go back hoping the greens keeper got laid last night. I will post some pics when I get back of snow capped peaks and lush green fairways and super fast greens. Enjoy the snow as we enjoy the golf.:p

MuleLOL your to funny Bob. We realey didnt keep on the frist round but will today. The smart money would be on Seb as I saw him drive a ball 365 yds to the edge of the fairway. Ohwell I have to go get ready to golf im just wondering if I should wear myshorts today as the high today should be some where around 23 or 24.

Sounds like you guys had fun. If my sister wasn't up from Oakville i would have asked to join you guys. Weather is crappy here and promises to stay crappy for a while. The 11 hour trip would have been worth it.

Weather doesn't look great for the next 14 days either. The first golf I might see may be the golf when I arrive a week early for the TGN tournament.

You live in a beautiful area. The sister from Oakville, used to be the sister from Whiterock. I haven't played much in the Vancouver area, but have played a number of courses on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and south central BC.
