a buck n' a half will buy you a pretty decent standbag ...
Costco had some Cally's there for about a hundred as mentioned somewhere here on TGN.

While I have not tried any of the Callaway bags and I'm sure they are good I won't comment on those, but I have tried lots and the one I'm using now is a Mizuno Twister 2 and it's by far the best bag I've ever owned. It's a little out of your price range but well worth the money. I was thinking of getting another one for next year.:)
