I assume that any type of golf operation would require some expertise with respect to finances and operational control. Would love to have the opportunity to work in the golf industry using my background as a Chartered Accountant.

Private courses mostly, have you tried Clublink?

You could also try Golftown?

KPMG has a good size golf industry practice out of the Toronto office. The lead partner was profiled in CA Magazine a few years back. May want to try them (if you're interested in getting back into public practice....)

I've had good and bad experiences in Public Practice. IMHO... It depends mostly on the people you work with and the industries you are dealing with.

Personally I couldn't ever get back into the grind of producing monthly reports every month again... unless I own the place.
