Has anyone bought from here before?

I am considering buying a putter from there but don't know how badly you get dinged at customs and stuff. Anyone experience them before?

I also got a 10% off coupon if anyone is interested I can give the code.

Yup, I've bought stuff from them in the past. They're pretty stand up folks. If they ship by UPS, you'll get zinged by Customs plus UPS' brokerage fees.

I have used them quite a bit. they are fast shipping and they use express shipping which includes brokerage so u only pay the equivelent of the tax. The shipping is a little more expensive than standard but worth it IMO

Try to get them to use USPS (Unites States Postal Service) Its a little cheaper, and takes a little longer, but you dont have to pay the brokerage fees. I almost never buy anything from e-bay that ships only by UPS because of the brokerage fees. I used to work as a customs broker, and know that their fees are too high for such low value shipments.

I bought irons off them last year, they had them shipped still in the wrapping like they said, the next night they were there for me to pick up at my dads office in Buffalo. Super fast, super easy, and they are 100% accurate with their descriptions.

I recommend them 100%!

I just bought a Hi-Bore, the club came to $129 USD with shipping and paid an additional $25 CAD for customs/brokerage, etc. so the total cost was about $165 Canadian (vs. $199 + tax at GT).

I ordered it after the time cut-off on Tuesday and the club arrived on the Friday (if I ordered before noon on Tuesday, I likely would have received it on the Thursday).

Smooth transaction, no complaints at all.

THey're in Rochester NY if you're willing to make the drive and prepared to "smuggle" the product back. Go there directly if possible and throw the putter in your bag, customs has bigger fish to fry than your putter, and if its less than $200 you have nothing to worry about anyway.

They ship using FedEx, which is a helluva lot more reasonable than UPS for customs charges -- $25 CAD on $120 usd declared value isn't too bad.

The $25 probably isn't brokerage but tax and FedEx's handling fee of $8. Nonetheless, great price. I might consider picking up a driver from them as well.

I won a driver form them on Ebay and they give horrible service. No replies to any of my questions only that automated reply saying someone will reply to your e-mail inquiry within 4hours. it's been like 6days still nothing. So you'll pay shipping for each item since they don't reply to combine shipping or anything!!! I wouldn't deal with them again.

They have the best service I have ever dealt with online, and trust me I have ordered near 100 different stuff from the net. You pay round 30$ for shipping and its honestly overnight if not 2 days max, low custom fees because they ship with fedex express and nont stupid standard UPS which most companies use. Also have kick *** prices :D

I got my Srixon tour bag and both 3 and 5 woods from them last year. All shipped next day and have no complaints. All were still in original packaging.

For anyone in SW-Ontario... I know an address in Port Huron who accepts packages for Canadians. You have your items shipped there, they call you when it comes in and you head over to pick it up. They charge $5 per package, which is much less than the brokerage fees.

There are a lot of US retailers who won't ship internationally (ie: Amazon.com), so this is a great solution for situations such as these.

PM me if you would like the address.

I also learned that lesson earlier this year, it's usually cheaper to buy from their site and use a discount code for price reduction / free shipping than to bid on eBay. I got an R7 FW from them on eBay $13.00 less than the site, then paid $17.00 to have it shipped (to a US addy), whereas I would have gotten free shipping buying directly. (And you can combine shipping / discounts from their site, just not with eBay purchases). I subsequently purchased the R7 425 directly, with no shipping charges for two-day service, as opposed to six-day on the FW.

Both shipped promptly, no problems there, but they are terrible at replying to after-sales queries. Four emails and nothing, and good luck trying to call them. You are subjected to the WORST music of all time when you're on hold, and either hang up and/or kill yourself before they answer.

If you want service, you pay for it. Elsewhere...
