ISO recommended HVAC company/service in Toronto

Does anyone have a highly recommended HVAC company?

Our house has two air conditioners. One is broken and the other needs replacement.

I have used Air Treatment for years, but I am fed up with them.

Any recommended people for both good prices on a new AC unit, and for service staff that actually know what they are doing?

Are these units central air? If so, there is a program through the Ontario Power Authority to upgrade to a qualified higher seer unit. You can get a qualified contractor through the website locator. http://www.coolsavingsrebate.com/

Every contractor in the program had to prove qualifications and pass through the screening and a web based orientation program. Most were registered as members with HRAC. The program is managed by HRAI and they did dismiss a couple of contractors.
