Hi,
Can someone please tell me difference between the Callaway UNI-FLEX steel shaft and the TRUE TEMPER DYNAMIC GOLD shaft they offer?
If im to get a set of X-18s, which is better?
Which is also better for a new player?
Thanks!

Dynamic Golds are heavier, have a stiffer tip and are available in a variety of flexes.
Callaway's Uniflex shafts is basically a True Temper Dynalite specifically made for Callaway and with a flex between regular and stiff.
You should try them both to see what works better for you. The Dynamic Golds are probably the most popular steel shafts of all time, and most experienced players will prefer them over the uniflex. Since you are a new golfer however, the uniflex might work better for you because of its lighter weight and slightly higher ball flight. But you will never really know until you try them both.
