Reaching GolfSmith Through Rogers?

For about the last month I haven't been able to access http://www.golfsmith.com or http://www.golfsmithcanada.com through Rogers. They're doing their usual dance about the settings on my end despite me telling them I've contacted other Rogers users in my area with the same problem. We are all located in Whitby and I'd like to know if this extends beyond here. Are they any other Rogers users in the GTA that can't access these sites?

No problems here. Have you tried using another browser like Firefox? Are you using a proxy?

I'm having the same problem here in Whitby as well. I've resorted to browsing their site using a free proxy service like www.youhide.com.

I also cannot get to Golfsmith via Rogers either, been like that for at least 2 weeks!!

Update;

I was in Mississauga yesterday and dropped into Golfsmith to see if I could get any more info. I spoke with Rod. They spoke with Rogers tech support and its a Rogers issue. They are having a DNS issue and are working to resolve. Their internal ticket number is WFR00410308.

At this time they do not have a timeline on when its going to be resolved. They have asked anyone affected to contact Rogers and complain.
