Anyone know the tip size and type of shafts for Ben Hogan Irons...more specifically Apex FTX?

Tip diameter seems to be all over the map as per attached link:

.355 taper tip Dynalite Gold is the Apex shaft.

I have maybe 500 or more of Hogan graphite shafts A, R + S. I think they are mostly Apex and they are all taper tip. All of Hogans older stuff is taper tip.
