hey everyone,
let me start by saying...Yes!...I have a big head.
Now my question is this...do any of you find it hard to get a cap/hat that fits their head properly. I find most hats just sit to high on my head or don't come down far enough around the sides of my head. I like a cap to sit just above my ears and not have so much a curve that it effects my glasses (yeah i forgot to mention that to I need to wear glasses). Anyone have the same experience or any suggestions?
I found a nice Nike hat with mesh sides etc. that fit well but it had velcro at the back for adjustment which I didn't want. I don't like the velcro.
Thanks

Embroidery places are super cheap and they have many hat styles and sizes.
You might get stuck buying a dozen but if you go through them as fast as I do that won't be a problem.
I wear my Oakley M frame arms outside my hat which seems much more comfortable than under the hat.

Check out the new Nike stretch caps. It's made of dri-fit material and stretches to accomodate your head size rather than requiring some strap at the back.
I think it's on sale at Nevada Bob's right now for $15.

I too am cranially abundant and find it difficult to get a hat that fits properly. I don't like ones with velcro strap closures or the little buckle mechanism because in order to fit over my dome, the damn strap is generally stretched as far as it possibly can go, clinging on to the last .00008 mm of fabric and the opening at the back of the hat is as wide as a sleeve of balls. That just don't look pimpin'.
Go with the Nike Flex-Fit or whatever they call it. XL. They're best for those of us who are visible from space.

Visors Rule!! ;)
Not on my huge forehead they don't:(
Go get yourself an original Tilley T1 cotton bucket hat, my first one tore after 17 years and I was given a brand new one from Tilley. I tried the newer T5 but the sweat absorbtion was terrible so I went back to this hat. It is the best hat in the world.:)

"Look at that heeed, it's like an orange on a toothpick" ala Mike Myers in So I Married An Axe Murderer. LMAO great ol movie spet the ending sucked.
So I guess we need safety glasses to golf with you in case the steel latch lets loose from the 150 PSI of tension that sucker is under. :p  J/K

Try the trucker hat...
They might be out of fashion now, but if the hat fits.....

Unfortunately the visors don't cover the top of the head. Tried to wear one, but top of my head got fried and I have a full head of dark hair. Ouch.
