Any tips or reasons why I would go from fading (at worst Slicing) last year to pulling everything this year? Even though I pull the feel I and not even contacting the ball solidly. I cant figure out what I am doing wrong?
I am working of keeping smooth tempo, squaring up to the target even slightly closed set up. I dont know if I am coming over the top or getting lazy that I am not shifting my weight in my backswing and just swing across with my arms.

A pull and a slice are almost identical swings.
In one case you manage to square the face to the line your club is swinging and in the other you leave the face open but still the club travels from outside to in.
I can guarantee you're coming over the top in both cases.
This will require a bunch of information be translated in such a way as you understand what I'm saying. This process is far easier in person. Find a recommended teaching professional in your area.

Yup. It's the same outside-in swing with a different clubface angle.

Without being able to see your swing, it's difficult to be definitive. But I tend to agree with Will.....you are coming into the ball from the outside to inside. When you pull, your clubface is square to the direction of the swingpath, not your intended target. Pull hooks are the same thing, but the clubface is slightly closed. Have a qualified instructor take a look at your swing and he/she will be able to help you get the swing path under control.

According to the Swing Machine Golf Book it states the following about a pulled golf shot:
"What It Is:
A pulled shot starts out to the left of the target and flies straight forward along that line. Although the clubface hits the ball squarely, it's moving on a swing path that goes outside to inside thorugh impact, rather than the inside to square to inside path that's needed to produce a straight shot. This problem can happen with any club in the bag.
Why It Happens:
It's called a pull because you're starting the downsiwng by pulling the club down with your arms, instead of uncoiling from the bottom. As a result, your arms and shoulders get way ahead of the rest of your body and they have to swing on an arc that travels outside the target line to inside the target line through impact.
How To Fix It:
The body rotation is the fix for this problem. Assuming you have coiled correctly from the top, the thing you have to really work on is uncoiling from the bottom. You have to trigger the downswing by either straightening your left leg, or springing off your right instep, or turning your hip to the left. Resist the temptation to use your arms. They will automatically move down when your body starts to rotate. Keep them as powerless as a child's and simply let them go along for the ride."

My miss is a pull. I agree that it is caused by going over the top. I work at having an insided out move. I find that when I do pull it is usually caused by an incomplete turn on the backswing. If I don't turn completely I don't get the club in a position to allow it to come inside.
I feel like I am turning my shoulders, but after analysis I realize that I am not turning my core (my chest) square. When I focus on turning my chest to 90 degrees, I get my club back in position to attack the ball on the inside and I have a great shot.
Next time your pulling, try focusing on your turn. Just a tip from a hacker.
