With the British Open highlights being aired of Van De Velde's meltdown I keep seeing the part where the media ruins any chance he had of hitting that shot out of the water like Sergio did today.
If you watch the coverage closely you see cameramen climbing down the face of the enbankment and stepping into the water creating waves.
The waves end up moving his golf ball.
Is it just me or should there have been a ruling in there somewhere?
On that note, I thought the UK fans were supposed to be very knowledgable golf fans. If they're all that friggin knowledgable how the heck did all those people get that close and into the water in the first place?
The whole thing stinks I tell ya. :p
