Not sure if this will help. This was a blurb that was in Sun for last summer. Info may or may not be same or similar for this year?????

It's time for the famous Ecco Annual Summer Tent Sale, on now to June 18. You'll be saving up to 70% off selected styles for men and women. And the styles are incredible! Lots of summer looks to choose from including dress sandals, walking shoes, outdoor sandals and ECCO's exclusive golf line. There will even be ECCO handbags, socks and shoe care available. On average, ladies range from $49 to $99, and men's from $59 to $119. Generally that's 50% off the retail price.
- Ecco Annual Summer Tent Sale, June 8 to 18, Baymac Shopping Centre,1070 Major Mackenzie Dr. (Bayview & Major Mackenzie), Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-8 p.m., Sat.-Sun. 9 a.m.-6 p.m., 905-737-9452, ecco.com.

Hm... I will go to both places just to be sure, the place at Bayview/Majormac is a pretty good store and the other address is the corporate head office on 16th and Rodick

SWEET!!!!!

I'm waltzing into the office tomorrow "a-la-late" as I have some errands to run and will be definitely swinging by to checkout the sales as Daddy needs some new shoes. This sale is literally 5 minutes from my house....which is a huge bonus.

GARBAGE!!!

That about sums up what's at the tent sale for men over at Bayview/Major Mack. I just came from there and what a complete waste of time. The men's selection is just pathetic, those were some of the ugliest shoes I've ever seen.....either you've got a size 8/9, or you've got size 13 and up as I could not find a nice looking shoe in a size 11. In any case, even the ones that were in the smaller sizes were just down right fugly. Golf shoes and sandals for men were there in plenty, so if you are looking for that then it might be worth while to stop in.

The women's section however, was double the size of the men's and they looked to have plenty of selection.

All in all, a waste of time if you ask me....but stop in and check it out for yourself as you might find something you like.

Don't get too excited Dixon, as I said, the men's selection was just down right disappointing. The colors were just nasty....I went looking for a casual shoe and a dress shoe and wouldn't be caught in broad daylight with any of the men's styles they had to offer.

Lily might get very lucky as I mentioned the women's section was large and looked to have quite a bit of selection.

in all honesty, we've had much better luck at the US ecco stores when on sale...when they go on sale it's a REAL sale...CDN ecco outlets are mostly disappointing

Just returned.... Golf Shoes in size 40 & 46 (11.5-12).... Nothing in between $99. Women's better selection and sizes for $89. Only one cashier though so it is stupid wait. Left my shoes after 30 minutes and no movement. May try first thing in the morning. Doesn't sound like they will be restocking each evening.

A complete waste of time. The ladies section is nice though with at least 1 dozen different styles and sizes.

For men, 6 ugly styles and comes in two sizes only, EU 40 and EU46. I went there around 9:30am so its not they clean out the popular size. They just dont have any. The size they do have should be selling at $59, not $99

Not sure about the "ugly style" comment. My current Ecco's are 41 but the 40's were okay and I picked up 2 pairs of plain black Hydromax for $99 each. They also had Hydromax White/Brown & White/Black saddle styles, agreed that the flame style are ugly though.

Also be prepared to wait 20 to 30 mins to pay!!!

Just checked out the "sale" yesterday and like most ppl have said, it was very disappointing...for golf shoes anyway. Try checking out the ecco store itself.

I went to Bayview Village's ecco store; they have current years stock. They workers there told me that the Major Mac & Bayview location is where they send their old stock. Just to let y'all know.

tGH

I'll agree that the golf shoe part was garbage... I was there shortly after 9am on Thurs and there were no golf shoes in my size (11). I did pick up a pair of goretex hiking boots for $109, brown dress shoes for $99 and running shoes for $59... My wife also bought 3 pairs of shoes and we bought 2 pairs of shoes for our son (2 year old)... So we did leave with a mountain of shoes. But no golf shoes :( I can confirm the cashier comments, we were 3rd in line and waited close to 20 minutes.
