Played Willow Valley with my wife on Sunday (for $69 each, including cart, taxes, and driving range, thanks to Last Minute Golfer) and thought it was a very nice track. The staff was extremely friendly (from pro shop, to starter, to marshall), and the layout was beautiful. Beautiful and free yardage book too! Lots of thoughtful challenge, and punishing, undulating greens. The pin placement on #17 was at the back that day (par 3, 105 yards to belly of green, with about a 110 yard carry over water to the back). Needless to say I layed up perfectly to the fat of the green but wound up four putting down a precarious slope.

For the price we paid, it was an absolute steal. I'd pay full price (just over $100 including taxes) to play if the fairways were in better shape. Hamilton representing!

Its a great course. The greens are lightning fast and some of the pin placements make you want to tear your hair out. If you don't hit it to the right area of the green, four putts are not out of the question. I'd say its worth the trip out there.

Very good course -- I had my best round of last year there. :p

The staff were great and the course was in good condition. A couple of doozies, too: 10, 12 and 14 are some of the better holes I've played in southern Ontario.
