There are no "drills" that I know of. You must incorporate proper alignment into your pre-shot routine for EVERY shot.
To do this, you stand behind your ball facing your target and envision an imaginary line drawn from the ball to your target. Then find "something" within 6 to 18 inches in front of your ball that lies on this line. It can be anything - a divot, a twig, a broken tee, a patch of grass that is slightly different in colour - whatever. This becomes your new "target".
You then move into your setup position with your body parallel to this new "target" line that runs from your ball to the "something" that you picked out 6 to 18 inches in front of your ball. Since both your ball and your new "target" are within the same field of vision, this will be easy to do. You are now aligned correctly to your "real" target.

Ryan When you go to the range take two yard sticks with you. I have to strips of wood that look like yards stick and cost about $2.00 each.
Lay the sticks on the ground. One outside your ball pointing just to the right of your target (for right handers) and one inside your ball parallel to the one outside your target. They should be about 1 foot apart Now line your feet up at 90 degree to the yards stick. After weeks and months of this you will find you are getting better at squaring up to your target. Do this for the rest of your golfing life. It will give a better chane when you hit the course.

Just lay some clubs on the ground when you're at the range. You just need to calibrate your aim. Takes two sessions and you're good.
Cheers

After you've practiced it enough at the range, kindly ask one of your buddies to stand behind you during a round and tell you where you're feet are aligned to.
Sometimes I'll ask a friend where he intended the shot to go and then I'll politely tell him that his feet where aimed such and such (obviously I only do this is they're having a bad round).

I'm working on this right now with my coach ... for alignment and ball position with my wedges ... I bought 3 pieces of sprinkler pipe - 12" each (PVC) and a "T" connector and made a T ... (go figure)
Lay the T on the ground with the top of the T aligned at your target and the stem of the T between your legs ... the ball should be placed a couple of inches away from the T top right at the spot where the stem joins (center) ... place your feet equal distance apart from the stem and equal distance away from the T top ... then flare your front foot as required for the club you are hitting
Then pound balls until your brain remembers!!!!! :p
But, don't just stand there ... step out of the set up and back in for every shot so you learn to "assume the correct position" every time ...
Just remember that some clubs (driver) require a different ball position - which can be marked on the PVC with a sharpie ...
I use the PVC tubes because I can take them apart and so I don't get my grips dirty when using clubs ... plus it really sucks if you step on a club

I just use an old pulled shaft and iron, but the theory's the same. Great drill just remember that you need to align your shoulders, knees and hips as well as your feet.

Yes - everything is either parallel or perpendicular - all square - it's so important to start in the right position ;)
