Anyone buy from E-Tail Golf Inc.?

Has anybody ever ordered anything from etailgolf (http://www.e-tailgolf.com/).

I ordered some stuff and sent an inquiry for status of shipment + tracking number and I can't get through to the phone number listed on the website and nobody has returned any e-mails either :confused:.

A year or so ago, I had ordered either a 5 iron Refiner or a Guerin Rife putter (maybe both) from E-Tail Golf. No problems.

Shouldn't have any problems. They are usually very good all around. By the time they get back to you on monday you may have the item.

I just ordered a Refiner set yesterday, and haven't heard a thing either. It's quite disconcerting. Have you had any luck yet in contacting them?

Update: He finally responded to my questions. Said he "somehow missed my emails". and phone calls, and online store chat. We'll see how the rest of the transaction goes down.

I ordered on June 9th and still have not been able to contact etail and have not received anything either.

Update: I received half of my order with a note that the rest of the order was on backorder and was expected to be shipped next week.

That's makes me feel a little better, although I would have preferred if they had answered my e-mails and phone calls. I'm wondering now if the business is being run as a one man show. Also, there was no indication when I ordered the merchandise that they had run out of it. It would have been better if I was informed that I would have to wait 1 month before receiving it this way I would have had the choice to back out of ordering it.

Although I couldn't get an email update on my order, they did send me the tracking info that my order was shipped, and it arrived perfect a few days later. Was kind of worried there until I got the tracking info though.

I ordered a shaft off them a few months ago, They sent me a trackign # and such, so no complaints here!

How does there prices in US$ and Tax and shipping and handling compare to going to GT and buying it off the shelf?

The shaft I got from GT was 155 installed, and I bought the shaft and got Swain to install and it ended up being around 110! ( Canadian prices)

I think it is a one man show, as he indicated he was away for a reason for not replying to my email. I'm still waiting on shipping notification, a week after purchase. He indicated to me in his email he had the right handed set I was looking for. I noticed he has put another 10 sets of refiners on ebay, so I would assume he has stock.

Well, I received my gear. It only took two days to ship, and a trackable carrier was used. Price was great. If I had to sum up my transaction, I would say - this company seems to be honest to deal with, but don't expect to talk to them.
