Looks like we might get Hockey back soon! They're still working out some other issues but the main one of having a salary cap seems to have been agreed to.

I didn't think I missed hockey until I watched the Memorial Cup games a few weeks ago. There were some great games there to say the least. More than the hockey itself that I miss was hockey fantasy leagues. My winter was empty without having 10 fantasy teams to monitor.

I really did not miss it, my girlfriend will be happy if this situation comes to an end, she is a big Leafs fan, she also believes they will win the Stanley Cup again one day!:D

Personally, I think they're all a bunch of greedy *******s (players & owners) and I will not spend another nickel on the sport. I work hard for my money and they're not getting any of it.:nono:

I used to watch a lot of hockey in the early 90's, but today's NHL is just plain boring. I love playing hockey and do so every week, but watching it is painful. I miss the days where teams would score 3-5 goals per game instead of 1-2.

Who cares......I'm interested to see who will be in the Leafs lineup...seeing as i doubt they will sign Roberts, Niewendyk, and Nolan......
