Any feedback on Bowmanville Golf and Country?

Thinking of playing Bowmanville this week for the first time since it's close to my place. Can anyone who has played there give me some feedback? Thanks.

I'm sure BomanvilleJim will chime in and give you some recent feedback. He's either a member or plays there pretty often.

Personally, I've only played it a couple of times and one of those times was under rainy conditions so it wouldn't be very fair for me to comment too much. I do remember it not being the most exciting layout wise but it is a pretty good value for the price of it.

Wife and I played 18 there today... (edged her out by 3 shots!!)... Ground was a bit hard due to the recent dryspell otherwise the fairways were in reasonable shape and the greens felt a little too fast... but overall a good day.

June ,July and August will be very dry at Bowmanville.
Some good holes and a few holes run back and forth beside each other.
Make sure you have coupons.Paying full price is not a good value.
