Handicaps on TGN for School assignment

Different scoring systems?
USGA and R&A are different. You could look up the formula. Perhaps I skew it even further because I use Cdn. ESC (double bogey max) whereas under the USGA it'd be 7 max.

Anyway, if you're into arcane mathematical computations, go for it.
