Hi, I'm seriously considering joining a CL club in GTA east. Any info about courses, amenities and such would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't already, you should checkout the website...

www.clublink.ca

Should have some info there.

Depends on your budget. If you've got the dough, join Wyndance. If not, Cherry Downs is your best bet.

She must be busy. I called her 2 days ago, left a message but havet heard from her yet.

BTW, anyone else wondering why CL is spending, what probably gets into millions, on TV commercials? I'm guessing initiation fees could be lowered by 70% without the TV commercials.

Even if you've got the dough, why join Wyndance? For $70K I'd be looking for exclusivity, not a course that everyone's queueing up to play.

Cherry looks to be the best route into Clublink, but it's a brutal course to try to score on...

Hey Pete, long time no see. Hope everything's well.

Why do you say Cherry Downs is the best route in? Right now Caledon Woods is only 9500 compared to CD's 14.5k

On the CL website, Caledon Woods is going for $16,500. Is there a promotion going on? I was told by a friend who works for CL that there are quite a few Caledon Woods members transfering to other CL courses but could not remember the reason given.

If you head over to the clublink site www.clublink.ca (http://www.clublink.ca)

Have a look at the third news post:

Hi Wayland,

How's the golf this year? The original question was about Clublink in the east side of the GTA - Cherry Downs certainly was 9.5K at the beginning of the season, I'm not sure if that promotion is still available.

Clublink members...how's Blue Springs on the west side for 25K? Any feedback on that course would be appreciated.

Unless early morning rounds on the weekend are important- before 12PM - then join Caledon woods at the promotional rate at $9500.
