I've never tried them my self but what about them could be so much worse than other wooden tees?

I thought they were painted wooden tees the entire time. I never used them before, I'm still traditional - a little mound of sand and my Masher.

They are much thinner than the regular wooden tees and they broke every single time I tee'd off. Zero friction tees are best, but if you want to stick to wood tees just stay with the regular ones.

Any wooden tee I've ever used breaks everytime I tee off. I stopped using the zero friction tees because they are a bit of a pain keeping the ball on top. You have to make sure you get the tee in dead straight. I've been thinking of going back to them though just because they last so long.

Are they supposed to wobble while pushing them into the ground? I found one, seemed like I had to put more force into them. I was affraid the tee would bend on me. I'm sure they're good, but I have a crap load of wooden tees I need to get rid of first.
