I don't like it...it's short and you have to hit off mats.
Better to drive 15 minutes north to Bathurst Glen.

You've basically got a choice of 3 ranges within about 20 minutes that have excellent grass tee areas.
Bathurst Glen - on Bathurst just south of King Rd.
Fairtree - Kennedy Rd across the street from Angus Glen's range
Golden Ridge - Stouffville Rd. just west of the 404

If you continue along on Major Mac, you will find Buttonville Fairways ... a little east of McCowan (905-472-4235).

bright n' early,
I was one of the first guys there this morning @ 8AM and was hopin' the grass tee decks would have softened a bit with the precip we got overnight and the humidity yesterday.
boy was i wrong!
there was grass, but it was like hitting off clay! OUCH!
i ended up finishing the bucket hitting driver and other shots with the ball teed up.
at least i didn't have to pay a premium to hit from the grass area.
6 bucks is quite good esp. with their large chipping area and pretty flower beds planted bordering the mats!:thumbs_up

Should of just go to Angus Glen's range (for free) and pretend you have a tee time later in the day! :D
I will be playing the North course this PM...:p
