how do you determine what shaft length on a driver. I am 5'7" tall and want to know what length shaft for my driver would be ideal?
thanks

I determine it primarily by True Length Technology charts.

Or just get a 48" one installed. Emily Klien off the LPGA tour uses one and she's 5' 3" tall, I think.
Just think how far you'll pound it with an extra 3" over standard graphite length.

When fitting, I try to go as long as possible without sacrificing control.
For yourself, I would start at 45" and work my way down, trying to keep it longer so that we can get you the most distance possible, while not giving up any accuracy at all. Chances are you would come out ok, or at the shortest, 44.5".

I'm about the same height and usually play my drivers at 46 1/4 or so. What ever you can control, just like our resident guru said....;)
