My wife and I remodeled a 2 bedroom 2 bath house near several gulf courses. We decided to lease it November thru May. $1,250 per month + electricity. First and last month + $500 security deposit paid in advance. PETS:One dog under 15 LBS OK with additional $500 non refundable deposit. Mostly furnished.
